The objectives are to understand the business case for accelerating change and building the organization's future; to learn about the history of large-group interventions and their evolution and current application; and to appreciate how it energizes a workforce to be engaged in developing a particular mission. Text readings are supplemented with articles and video demonstrations of methodologies in action, and there are guest participants.

Time:
  9:30am-12:30pm
Overview:

How do we build workplaces that attract and keep talent? What is the magnetic core that generates engagement and connection to our mission, purpose, vision, values, organization and clients?

We can inspire commitment. Meaningful conversations that lead to productive results can be had if managers pay attention. Employees that are heard, last longer. In this workshop we will look at your workplaces, discuss generational tensions, mundane tasks, economic concerns, conduct a progressive audit and identify the practices that must stop and the communication messages that must be reinforced.
