IdeaJuice works with leaders to understand their goals and concerns.  Usually IdeaJuice works with the leader's team or cross-functional work group on an improvement initiative like strengthening internal communication, improving customer service, or increasing specific staff or staff skill sets.  

Diagnosis
First, observing the meeting management design and structure, then inquiring about the behavior, satisfaction, productivity and member outcome effectiveness; IdeaJuice makes structural recommendations on how the group ought to convene on tasks. 

Facilitation
IdeaJuice next serves the team and it's meeting structure as Facilitator.  The Facilitator job: start with structure, build inclusion, give group making direction, encourage participation, model good listening behaviors, breed respect if not there, get members to explore with each other the depths of the situations/tasks they are addressing.  Real effectiveness shows as members rediscover enthusiasm and accountability.

IdeaJuice actions inquire about what's going on or not yet stated; explore how processes work or how people collaborate; and confront the leader or team to work on what matters, to build strategies and solutions to deliver desired results.
